Gamengager is a free board game site where you can play Gomoku (Omok), Janggi (Korean Chess) and Chess in your browser.

What we offer

• Play against the AI with no sign-up (Gomoku available now, Janggi and Chess coming soon)
• Rules, beginner guides and glossaries for each game
• Articles on the history, people, events and strategy of each game

Default rules

• Gomoku: Korean standard rules (no double-three for either side, double-four allowed, overlines do not win)
• Janggi: modern rules (no bikjang, point counting, 1.5 bonus points for Han)
• Chess: standard international rules

Our principles

We build our own game code and write our own articles, checking facts against multiple sources. Nothing on the site involves real money. Questions are welcome via the contact page.
